Spinet Leslie built into back of Hammond. Speaker pointing
up into styrofoam baffle
I retrofitted a spinet version Leslie speaker to the guts of my Hammond L-112. At first, I bought a rather big cabinet called a Leslie 112, which was just the lower baffle (full range speaker), and a bunch of extra space above. Here's a picture of that cabinet after I built the switch/input box. Believe it or not, these are two totally different units above and below:

I now have a 3-way switch and a green light (for Fast motor) mounted beside the lower manual of the Hammond. I used to have two 2-way switches, pictured below. One for off/on, one for fast slow:
